ROYAL COMMISSION FOR ALULA PARTNERS WITH LEADING KSA-BASED DEVELOPER AL AKARIA TO LAUNCH SIDRAT ALULA:  A BOLD 810-UNIT RESIDENTIAL AND RETAIL DEVELOPMENT REIMAGINING URBAN LIVING IN SOUTH ALULA  

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, 26 October 2023: Addressing the growing demand for housing in AlUla, the Royal Commission for AlUla (RCU) has unveiled details of Sidrat AlUla, an iconic new real estate venture launched in partnership with the leading Riyadh-based property development firm, Al Akaria. 

The ambitious urban development project is poised to set a new benchmark for modern, community-centric living in AlUla, with plans that seamlessly merge residential life with the rich natural and cultural landscape of northwest Arabia.
